Calm was appointed to deliver brand research and development and marketing collateral including a content-managed website for Darlington College's employer engagement offering.
Our understanding of the workplace learning environment in the region has grown through our relationship with Darlington College's Business First - their workplace learning apprenticeships programmes.
This was a full brand development project that required research and evaluation through a series of discussion groups with employers in the area. From this we were able to truly understand and evaluate the feelings and experiences of employers and make key recommendations. This led to an exploration of language, a visual identity and graphic style.
We have since developed a CMS-based website and have provided art-direction for a suite of bespoke photography. We supply design for marketing materials on an ongoing basis.
