Calm Digital is Part of the Furniture at Boho One
Wed, 21 Apr 2010
The team at Calm Digital has well and truly settled into stunning new offices at Boho One, sitting on an impressive site on Bridge Street West in central Middlesbrough. The £10m Boho One is the new commercial flagship building for the DigitalCity project to foster a world-class digital cluster in the Tees Valley.
Boho One was set up as part of Digital City Business' vision to shine a spotlight on the digital, technology and creative talent within the Tees Valley, bringing it together in one place, in a spirit of collaboration.
It now feels like home for the five-strong web design and development team, which consists of Finance Director Phil Allick; Project Director Bianca Robinson; Technical Director Andy Murphy; Web Developer Daniel Askwith; and Designer Danielle Bloom.
The vision for collaboration and partnership working is already a reality for Calm Digital. Bianca Robinson, Project Director says, "We've recently worked with a digital animation company to provide an online viral campaign for a North Yorkshire-based business support agency. It's great that there is so much talent to choose from - with the wealth of businesses offering the full spectrum of digital solutions there is absolutely nothing we can't deliver."
The opportunity to take a well known name in the creative and digital industries forward but with a fresh outlook and sharper, digital focus as a web design and development agency, came about at just the right time for the team, who are all shareholders in the business. Calm Digital moved into its new premises in January 2010. To learn more about DigitalCity and the Boho Zone click here
