Calm selected by NECC and LSC to support Skills Event...

Organised by the North East Chamber of Commerce and Learning Skills Council, Skill Up Tees Valley will demonstrate to young people the range of exciting skills based job opportunities available in the Tees Valley through practical demonstrations and expert signposting and advice.
Skill Up Tees Valley is a unique event designed to inspire young people aged between 15 and 25. The aim of the event is to raise aspirations by exposing young people to a wide range of employment, training and educational opportunities in a lively, interactive and entertaining environment.
Calm have been appointed by the NECC and LSC to deliver a website promoting the event that support both exnibitors and delegates, allowing users to book online.
There will be 50 exhibitors taking part across three lively zones, the employment zone, training and enterprise zone and activity zone. Each exhibitor will make their own individual contribution to the event, supplying their own interactive displays.
Calm’s experience in the education and enterprise sector has led to commissions for a growing number of online projects from national and regional education organisations such as LSN, GO-NE, LSC, Wprk Related Learning, Connexions, A4E, MFC Enterprise Academy, Routz Middlesbrough and Yorkshire and Humber Grid for Learning, building dynamic online resources and education tools as well as brand development and print.
