Calm will develop a website that has all of the functionality of a commercial job site with the addition of resources that will enable Personal Advisors within the organisation to administer client accounts and provide access to information and support aimed at helping them apply for and gain employment in their chosen area. Some paper based admin processes will be automated within the system and users will have access to set up their own account areas where they can save job searches and upload their application letters and CV and gain feedback from their PA.

To ensure users gain the maximum benefit from the system they will be able to sign up to receive new job alerts from vacancies within their areas of interest.
