Henry Hirst is launching a new premium retail brand that required a name that positions it within the category alongside own label premium products and taps into the consumer?s desire for ?food heritage? products.

Calm’s retail brand expertise will be used to position the new product and develop a name and identity that draws on Henry Hirst’s tradition and history whist recognising the consumers demand for convenient, prepared premium products.

The new product will be launched with a supporting website that will help build a community around the brand and provide a consumer experience where visitors will be encouraged to share childhood memories of cooking as well as recipes and dinner party menus.
