The Improvement Foundation (IF) is a small, not-for-profit company. The organisation support public and voluntary organisations to improve the services they deliver to their patients and clients through the use of quality improvement tools and techniques. IF also deliver training (e.g. leadership and quality improvement skills) to individuals from a broad public and voluntary sector audience. The significant results achieved mean that IF are now recognised as one of the leading improvement organisations both nationally and internationally.
IF have a head office in Manchester and 10 regional centres across England. In addition to national work, they can provide tailored support to organisations within their patch. IF also have a subsidiary company in Australia (IF Australia Ltd), and we work with public sector organisations in a number of other countries, including Canada.
IF have selected Calm from a number of agencies across the UK to support the organisation in the redesign and development of its website (http://www.improvementfoundation.org). The project will include an evaluation of the current website before commencement of the full redesign and development of a bespoke content management system to allow the organisations administration team across the world to control content in the most effective way.
The new website will focus on publicising the services to potential new clients/markets, sharing knowledge (information and resources), promoting news/events/activities and best practice, as well as developing link and contact networks through the organisation.
