Via a range of tools and specialist techniques, Ultimate Homes aims to support people struggling to be recognised on housings current competitive stage.  The business’ co-founder, Ronnie Davison, said: “We are incredibly passionate about supporting people whether they want to get, stay or progress on the property ladder.

“We understand the market and our customers very well and know there needs to be a mix of purchase options for people, ranging from the standard ownership options to the increasingly popular buy-to-let and rent-to-buy alternatives.”

Ultimate Homes will also offer access to a full mortgage service thanks to partnerships with mortgage companies and leading banks.

Entrepreneur Ronnie has lived and breathed the finance and housing sectors after he was bitten by the property bug almost six years ago when he purchased his first investment property. Prior to that, he managed multi-million accounts for some of the North East’s key employers.

He said: “My business has a scale of experience that many standard estate agents do not. We intrinsically understand the marketplace and the best tools available to market properties. In addition to this, we love working with people and the excitement that every new customer brings.   This means the business can tailor the support we provide each and every time; not one project is the same.”

The business is looking to employ 15 staff, ranging from an operations manager, to team leaders and individual team members. “We are a very ambitious company and aim to expand out of the Teesside region within the next 12 months.  We need the extra staff to support our current core team and manage the already growing client base,” said Ronnie.

Despite the business only just being launched, it has already hit the ground running successfully letting UK properties for clients living in Singapore, Dubai and London.
