"We had a good working relationship. All project stages clearly mapped out. Occasional misunderstanding of wants but these promptly addressed once highlighted. Delivered both stages of the website on time. Website very attractive with a wide range of functionality. CMS more complicated than expected to use - time consuming more than anything. Most communications were jargon - free. Overall very pleased with the final website. "
